Bushfire risk assessment

Development consent cannot be granted for any development on bushfire prone land without a certificate by a person recognized by the Rural Fire Service (RFS) as a qualified consultant in bushfire risk assessment.

This report must state that the development conforms to the relevant specifications and requirements.

We are recognized by the RFS to provide such a report that can form part of the development application for submission to the relevant consent authority (usually the relevant council).
